Whipping Cream
35.1% Fat
A light textured whipping cream, beautifully simple to work with as it fluffs up quickly to a perfect hold. A deliciously rich and luxurious dairy cream for desserts and specialty coffees.
This product has a very good hold over a 24 hour period.
This product has exceptional whipping ratios with an average of 2.5 Litres per Litre of base product.
Holds firm, for decorating.

A heavy whipping cream, designed to give long-lasting hold. Gives a lavish, creamy finish with perfect consistency.

Cooking Cream
18% Fat
A luxuriously, rich cream that is suitable for cooking. Makes wonderfully lush desserts and deep-flavoured savoury dishes. Crafted to withstand high cooking temperatures and maintain its texture, even over long periods.
- Reheat performance - our cream doesn’t after-thicken. Sauces can be prepared before service without them splitting or curdling when reheated to order.
