Grainne Mullins is a highly skilled patisserie chef and chocolatier. Her past experience includes working at some of the best pastry kitchens in Ireland including Ashford Castle, Cliff House, Ox and Lignum as well as two years as Head Pastry Chef in Restaurant Dan. B, La Table de Ventabren, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Aix-en-Provence, France. Grainne is perfectly placed to showcase Avonmore Professional foodservice range and give chefs everywhere a taste for creating award-winning creations.
